IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SMALL PACKAGE ENTERTAINMENT / DWARVES.NYC

PAYMENT TERMS:

• A credit card deposit is required on all events (no exceptions*). Balance payable in "cash" only. (Amount to be determined at time of booking).

• All prices are plus tax.
   * We can make exceptions for some "agencies" with special budget schedules.

REFUND POLICY:

All credit card deposits are "non-refundable". Exceptions: Act of "Nature/Man" full refund due to client. Example: Major snowstorm, hurricane, massive flooding.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Things do happen. However, if you cancel your event far enough in advance so that we can find other work for those affected; we will "hold" your deposit for "one year" enabling you to reschedule.

1/2 HOUR WINDOW ARRIVAL POLICY:

The 1/2 hour window is just a "security window" for the entertainers in case they are running late from traffic or a previous customer's party. If your party is for 10PM, expect the entertainer to arrive between 10PM and 10:30PM. You will usually get a call if the entertainers are running more than 15 minutes late.

SAME DAY/RUSH PARTIES:

Advanced booking required! There is a $50 Rush Fee for any party booked after 12 Noon on the same business day of your event.

INSURANCE CERTIFICATES:

Insurance certificates are available when a venue requests. Fee is $25.

RAIN DATE POLICY:

Yes, we can honor. However new date is subject to availability.

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If something comes up and you have to postpone your party; we'll always work with you to change everything to the new date. As long a you contact us within 90 days to reschedule and the performers can accommodate the new date; your deposit will be applied.

MULTIPLE DWARF BOOKING:

When booking more than Five (5) dwarfs for an event at least one (1) week notice is required.
